So you'd like to be a zookeeper? Here's
your chance! Woodland Zoo's new Zookeeper For a Day
Program was designed to give a behind the scenes
experiences for anybody willing to roll up their sleeves and work while having some fun. You'll participate in many of
Woodland Zoo's daily chores like feeding, grooming and the
general care of the animals.

Activities will depend on the weather
of the day.

Three hour time period
$25.00 (regardless of the number of children)
Available times:
12 Noon Until 3PM or 4PM until 7PM
Admission:
$3.50 per child and $6.00 per adults
Children must be accompanied by an
adult when touring the Zoo. A train
ride will be available for $10.00
per group.
A deposit will be required
Pavilion Rental
Two hour time period only
1-10 Children $125.00
11-20 Children $220.00
21-30 Children $310.00
The Pavilion will be decorated by
the Woodlands Zoo staff. Cake, and
ice cream, Kool-aid, potato chips
and pretzels will be served. A zoo
tour and train ride will be
available for all of the children
present.
A deposit will be required
Because Woodland Zoo doesn't
obtain
federal or state funding, all
admission fees and adoption fees
provide ongoing support for the
upkeep, feeding and veterinary
care needs of our animals. As a
result, our Adopt an Animal
Program is a key element in
giving our zoo
visitors a low cost way to enjoy
many fun filled days at our zoo.

of your choice healthy and
